Developer within the Construction / Hotel Industry that is urgently looking to appoint a Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement Engineer for a 9 – 12 month extendable contract working in Dubai.

This role would be working on roughly 100 Million AED worth of materials that still need to be purchased ready for the opening. So we are looking for a professional who has FF&E and OS&E experience on Hotel projects, pre-opening.   The work will be spread across 2 Hotels based in Dubai and will you will be the head of a team size of around 4 but the other procurement's specialist are very much self-sufficient.  

This job is based in Dubai, working an 11 day fortnight.   Below is a few more details about the role but please do share your CV if you are interested.  

1. 15 – 20 years’ experience within the procurement / commercial sector
2. Must have procurement's experience of Hotels – pre-opening
3. Preferably UAE but would consider Middle East only
4. FF&E and OS&E – Hotels
5. Career history either working directly for a Hotel chain, developer or Construction contractor
