On behalf of a regional Main Contractor with Projects all across Middle East, Asia and Africa we are currently looking for a seasoned Commercial Manager to join the project on urgent basis in Bahrain.
The project is the Construction of a high value shopping mall project that has started around 6 month ago. They are now hiring a Commercial Manager to work director for the Main Contractor. The project will last around 3 - 4 years.
Project: Construction of a new Shopping Mall in Bahrain. The project is 5 months started and they are preparing to construct the super structure. Value, 1.5 Billion. You will be working for the Main Contractor.
Start date: Urgent:
Reporting to: Project Director
Stage: The project is in the early stages, so they are looking for a commercial professional to get into the project now and start preparing the initial paper work / claims for later on in the project. Experience and profile for the role:
- Commercial Manager / director with 15 - 25 + years experience
- Ideally working for a Main Contractor, Construction
- Building construction background
- Civil professional
- Well experienced in contractual letter writing, EOT, maintaining correspondents and preparing claims
