Maintain, Rebuild Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Robotic machinery to OEM specs. Support and drive TPM,EHS,ISO14001, ISO9001. Proficient in use of hand tools, measuring equipment used to troubleshoot and calibrate equipment. Inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose CNC issues. Perform electrical and mechanical repairs. Plan projects, delegate and supervisor work. Perform PLC maintenance. Work with little or no supervision.
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years experience. PLC/Robotics knowledge. Lead Experience preferred.
Able to read and verbalise safety rules. Experience in using data collection terminals and proficient in use of hand tools and measuring equipment to calibrate and troubleshoot. Read and understand blueprints and layouts. Able to repair facility and production equipment. Effective communication of the ISO 9001 and 14001 quality and environmental procedures. Perform PM,PdM and corrective maintenance on equipment. Proficient in use of welders, cutting torches, pipe threaders and tubing benders. |
