Salary: GBP18500 - GBP20500 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Incident Management Coordinator to join a fantastic company based in Bracknell. Job Type - Permanent Location - Bracknell Salary - £18,500 - £20,500 Depending on Exp Standard hours of work 37.5 hrs week, Between the hours of 0700 am to 1900pm - M-F PURPOSE of the role for an incident Management coordinator: Working on a government contract, the Incident Management Coordinator will schedule field engineers, ensuring that incidents are resolved within SLA and to contracted standards. SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Schedule field engineers activities and manage the customer expectations in a professional manner • Ensure security procedures are adhered to • Monitor incident response and resolution times to ensure that all service targets are achieved • Monitor and maintain computer records, ensuring the highest quality of record keeping • Work as part of a team assisting others where appropriate if personal workload permits. SKILLS: Essential • Educated to GSCE or equivalent standard • Good PC Skills – including Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Good analytical skills • Highly organised and confident, showing good initiative and attention to detail • Self motivated and able to motivate others • Ability to work under pressure unsupervised • Ability to be assertive when required • Flexible and adaptable in order to meet changing business demands and working environments • Good Team Player • Meets requirements for MoD SC clearance (should SC not already be held) Desirable • Experience of CA Service Desk • ITIL foundation V3 • MoD SC clearance CIRCUMSTANCES: • Prepared to work between the hours of 07:00 to 19:00 on a standard 7.5 hour day (M-F) So if you are an experienced Incident Management Coordinator with the relevant Skills/Experience then please apply today.
