Amidst the shakeup of the prison system under the recommendations set out by Dame Sally Coates, a number of prison establishments are looking to take a new innovative approach to teaching. One such prison is HMP High Point in Newmarket; and is looking for a Highways Maintenance Trainer that can not only pass on their industry knowledge but also inspire a group of people with little or no self confidence. The prison will consider someone with industry experience looking to move into training/teaching providing they are happy to study towards their PTLLS qualification.

- a level 3 qualification in Highways Maintenance
