Protocol is pleased to be working on behalf of an established FE Provider in Buckinghamshire who have an exciting opportunity for talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic GCSE English and Maths Specialists, to contribute to the delivery of their ambitious vision. The successful candidate(s) will have the ability and drive to inspire diverse groups of young people to achieve their full potential.
You will be committed to their ethos of working in partnership with individual students to ensure each achieves their full potential. In support of this you will plan and deliver inspirational, engaging lessons to ensure our students participate and develop their skills to enable them to progress and achieve.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
• A minimum of a degree in your subject specialism.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed etc.).
• Experience of teaching and learning delivery across a range of levels at a high standard.
• Have strong knowledge and understanding of current curriculum.
• Competent IT skills for maintaining and updating student portfolios.
• A current DBS
