ENGLISH TEACHER NEEDED FOR TWO TERM CONTRACT IN WIGAN
KS3 and KS4 English teaching job in the Wigan area requires a specialist English Teacher. This position is in a large secondary comprehensive school in Wigan and starts in July 2013.
This school are looking for a specialist English teacher who can offer the subject at KS3, KS4 and KS5. The school are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated teacher of English to teach a KS3 and GCSE timetable. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and will have no problem consistently teaching inspirational lessons.
In addition to this role, Hays Education have a number of partnerships with secondary schools across Wigan and Lancashire. These schools provide a number of English teaching jobs across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
To be considered for this position you must have:
Recent experience of teaching English as part of the National Curriculum
QTS or equivalent
A dedication to innovative and stimulating teaching methods
A proven track record of classroom management
