Learning Delivery Advisor/Partner

Learning Delivery Advisor/Partner (LDP/A) Docklands, England

The Civil Service ‘Professions’ are increasingly important in the determining the skills and capabilities and learning required of their professions throughout the civil service.

In addition, senior stakeholders throughout government will also have an increasingly critical role to play in the upcoming Civil Service Learning re-tender (expected November 2019) and the shape of requirements and learning providers.

It is therefore critical KPMG has established relationships and stakeholder management plans for the critical professions expected to be influential throughout the tender.  In particular, the Commercial and Finance profession, the Project Delivery profession and Policy Professions.

Ideally, a B Grade consultant with strong, already established relationships with these stakeholders is required to develop the stakeholder plans with senior leaders in the professions, as well as work constructively with them to understand their future requirements and help influence buying behaviours and patterns.

A consultant with professional expertise in the Commercial and Finance profession, civil service experience and an understanding of the civil service learning landscape (including the different contracts across government) is ideal.  They will require the ability to work independently and with the senior leaders in the CSL and IGH team as well as have credibility and links throughout the civil service and relevant professional bodies.

They will also work to closely with the Sales and Marketing (Engagement team) and the marketing and communications team to close existing sales in this area, develop new opportunities in this area and work to develop a marketing and communications plan for the business and the re-tender related to the win-themes for our role in professions
