Strategy, planning, technology selection, deployment, system improvements, operations, and integration of solutions for all attributes of a system. Our team works both front-line, customer-focused technologies and applications as well as the engineering / design aspects of programs.
As a Project Manager, your insights will drive client delivery as you focus on the people, process, performance, and technology required to optimize utility smart meter and distribution systems.
- Workstream aspects of a project, with accountability for success or failure of the workstream, specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery and profitability of the engagement
- Develop staff through day-to-day interaction and knowledge sharing
- Explicitly and implicitly demonstrate and support company values and culture
- Serve as a role model of professional conduct and competence
- Participate in thought leadership
- Work on advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) program, supporting RFP’s, deployments, and back office
- SCADA implementations, JIRA Standups, application upgrades
Requirements
- Prior experience managing small and medium sized teams of professional services consultants and/or large projects
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience and/or the delivery of complex transformational solutions
- Bachelor of Science Degree is required (MBA, MPA or MS in Civil, Electrical, or Management Information Systems is preferred)
- Experience and/or knowledge in the following:
- IT Roadmap Development
- Release Management
- Functional & Business Requirement Development
- Vendor Management
- Deployment Planning
- Testing & Commissioning Efforts
- Business Process Re-Design
- Scalability, Interoperability Analysis
- Project Management Tool Experience
- Experience working with multiple scheduling platforms (MS, Primavera P6, etc.)
- Detailed SOW development experience
- Advanced experience in status reporting
