HR Advisor – Cambourne – Up to 6 month contract – £14.57-16.95 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client as soon as possible and we are happy to consider full time or part time candidates.
Duties will include;
• Provision of sound and reliable advice on the use of policies and processes to deliver a high quality service and good outcomes
• Contribute to improvements in attendance levels by proactively working with line managers to encourage attendance and manage cases.
• Ensure that absence is accurately recorded and monitored
Skills and experience;
• Able to easily establish a rapport with staff and managers
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a varied workload with competing priorities
• Strong experience of managing attendance, including ill health cases and other employment related casework.
• Liaison with medical advisors to achieve the best outcomes
• Excellent communication skills
