Recruitment Specialist – London – Up to £200 per day LTD – 5 month contract
We are recruiting for a recruitment specialist to work on a 5 month contract for a major global consultancy based in London.
Duties:
• Provide an end to end recruitment service and solutions in line with requirements.
• Develop recruitment strategies in consultation with stakeholders - advise on subjects such as market rates and trends.
• Work with PSL agencies to provide the most effective solution to meet client requirements. 1st level candidate screening (reviewing CV's).
• Communicate results, organise and perform interviews when requested.
• Manage offers, candidate feedback, start date and contract terms.
• Provide a client focused approach, delivering a speedy and highly efficient level of service.
Skills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent eye for detail
• Confident in being able to work with both internal and external stakeholders
• End-to-end recruitment experience
