Home Sales Executive – Northwest - £17-22K per annum – Thu-Mon – Full-time Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Home Sales Executive to work for a major house building and home refurbishment company working across the Northwest. Candidates with experience of working within estate agencies and the ability to provide excellent customer service are highly desirable.

The role:
Our client are currently undertaking major house building projects across the UK and are eager to recruit Sales Executives to work out of their show homes in the Northwest. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional service to customers, and potential customers with the aim of achieving sales and financial targets and contributing positively to the customer experience during the house buying process.

Duties:
• Provide visitor tours around the sales complex
• Receive telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain contact with potential customers through regular updates of promotions.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers on all aspects of the process.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers from property viewing through to completion
• Act as point of contact for customer complaints, issues, or concerns and ensuring that these are resolved fully
• Close sales and complete the reservation form and taking reservation deposits.
• Sell the benefits of, and advise customers to use, the company recommended solicitor and financial advisor
• Manage the maintenance, cleanliness and presentation of the sales complex, ensuring that the show home and surrounding area are presented to the highest standard
