Supply Chain Management Consultant – Swindon – 3 month contract – Rate £330-£400 per day
We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Management Consultant to work on a 3 month contract with a major company within the financial services sector. Candidates with experience of procurement within the financial services sector are highly desirable however this is not essential. Experience of SharePoint Design is also desirable.
The role:
The purpose of this role is to assist the Process Development Manager in delivering process enhancements for the businesses procurement team. Candidates are expected to have an understanding of the challenges that can be faced within a resource and capability and to contribute towards enhancing current working procedures.
Skills required:
• Procurement knowledge
• SharePoint Design experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to support teams through periods of change
• Confidence in being able to deliver workshops and to coach colleagues in procurement principles
• CIPS qualification is highly desirable
