Client Liaison Manager – Coventry – 12 month contract – Up to £37 per hour LTD
We are currently recruiting a Client Liaison Manager to support the Bespoke Client Development Manager in the Bespoke Sales Team. This role will involve regular interaction with high net worth individuals and VIP customers, offering a service of configuring vehicles with unique colour and materials and delivery of exceptional customer service is required at all times.
To fulfil this role a strong sales background and keen interest in the automotive sector is desirable.
Duties:
• Produce and supply pricing papers, design briefs and ideas to customers for their bespoke vehicles
• Support the Development Manager, where necessary, in the collation of data for reporting purposes
• Provide other administrative support where required
• Actively work with the Operations Team and Design teams to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Ensure all documents are updated for audit purposes and to ensure accurate information is processed
Essential:
• Strong IT skills, able to analyse data for reporting purposes
• Demonstrable experience of interpreting data accurately to reach timely and appropriate conclusions
• Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred but not essential
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs Skills
• Strong Negotiating skills
Desirable:
• Demonstrable experience of working to deliver within process deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales
