Immediately available Receptionist position available to join our client based in the heart of the city! They have beautiful offices in a great location and they are looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team! Previous reception/front of house experience is essential.

They are seeking a corporate and immaculately presented receptionist to work on their busy Front of House desk, this is a hands-on position where you are the first point of contact to meet and greet visitors.

Receptionist key responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming calls form the switchboard
• Booking meeting rooms
• Booking couriers and taxis
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Issuing security passes
• Managing meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments and equipment
• General adhoc duties such as filing and photocopying
• Assisting with overflow travel arrangements and adhoc support to the secretaries
• Keeping the reception area tidy at all times

This is an extremely fast paced and varied role. The ideal candidate for this position will have corporate reception experience preferable within finance or blue-chip environment. They must be polished, have strong telephone manner, good IT skills and is personable.
