An experienced, flexible, fast paced and punchy PA is now sought to report to the London based Managing Partner to support the administration of the company for the duration of a Maternity Leave and assist with general office work/ Their offices are just beautiful!
For your hard work and commitment to this PA position, you will be rewarded with an extremely competitive base salary and possibly be taken on permanently after the contract has finished. As PA and office manager, your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• Adjusting and finishing PowerPoint presentations
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Dealing with incoming email and post, corresponding on behalf of the manager
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and research
• Invoice processing and payments, payroll liaison
• Administration of expenses and monthly receipts filing
• Coordination of updates to marketing materials and website
• General office management, liaising with suppliers and managing agents
• Liaison with UK accountants and Mauritius administrators
As PA and Office manager, you must be able to multi-manage schedules, understand and plan all aspects of your day with accurate attention to detail and prioritizing capabilities. It goes without saying that you will have previous experience working in a senior PA position, ideally within a client focused environment.

• Excellent word processing and IT skills, including full knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• High levels of literacy and numeracy essential
• Confident and professional
• The ability to manage multiple schedules accurately
• Team player – able to work seamlessly with other Personal Assistants
• A completely hands-on approach
• Ability to reach high and low when required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
