Process Automation Engineer - Birmingham - Upto £45k - BPMN modelling, Bizagi Studio, automating business processes

My client in Birmingham are looking for a Process Automation Engineer that will report to the Lead Solutions Architect and you will be accountable for ensuring that key processes are modelled correctly, that specific steps are automated using electronic forms, workflow, business logic and integration to core applications

You will also measure the performance of automated processes against defined KPIs, producing dashboards and reports for key stakeholders, recommend processes for further automation and drive continuous improvements wherever possible.

Responsibilities will include:
- Developing models of business processes and identifying candidate steps for automation
- Creating electronic forms to capture information for process steps
- Developing data models to support automated process steps
- Integrating process steps to APIs and web services developed by a third party
- Developing internal and external portals to initiate, manage and measure active processes
- Creating process performance dashboards and reports
Promoting continuous improvements to process performance

Working experience/Personal attributes:
- Experience in BPMN modelling and automating business processes
- Knowledge of Bizagi Studio or Software AG WebMethods is desirable
- Experience of application integration and related development
- Exposure to IT project delivery processes and best practise
- A track record of delivering automation solutions
- Ability to deliver optimal process improvement
