Client Implementation Manager (Learning and Development) – Reading - £60 – 65k + car or 10% car allowance.

Advantage Resourcing have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Implementation Manager to work with one of the largest managed learning service providers in Europe at their office in Reading (RG1).

Role purpose:

• A brand new role to assist in the creation and delivery of the implementation strategic roadmap.
• Accountable for meeting the client’s contractual obligations, ensuring that they have resources and skills that can match the demand of customers.
• Responsible for the seamless and effective implementation of new business and customer changes.

What you will do?:

• Responsible for the design and delivery of implementation strategies and processes
• Implement client contracts 'end to end'
• Responsible for the improvement of implementation processes, developing and documenting best practices to continually improve implementation efficiencies, accountability and the customer experience
• You will be an advocate of continuous improvement, creating and executing an implementation roadmap to support delivery of our Business Plan
• You will align the implementation delivery to the changing market and customer requirements
• Influence internal and external stakeholders with Subject Matter Expertise
• Influencing and negotiations skills
• Commercial and contractual negotiations skills
• Pricing Model creation
• Removing barriers and obstacles
• Actively challenges the status quo
• Managing difficult conversations and difficult decisions

Essential skills and experience:

• Significant experience in a customer implementation environment ‘end to end contract implementation’
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and to understand a customer’s underlying business and organisational needs.
• Strong service orientation with the ability to have difficult customer conversations.
• A proven track record in successfully delivering project, implementations and change
• Excellent verbal communication skills at all levels - You must have the gravitas and confidence to successfully engage with and manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally – comfortable with professionally challenging when necessary and setting expectations
• PM skills such as PRINCE2, Six Sigma
• Must be professional and have lots of previous client facing experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical and imaginative approach to identifying process improvements
• Proven proficiency in prioritising critical customer issues and managing workflow.
• The client is looking for someone who has implemented and integrated new clients from initial on-boarding to successful implementation.

• Experience of the learning services / learning and development industry
