As Accounting and Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Recording of transactions for 2 small-size holding companies in Belgium (400 + 200 = 600 accounting entries per year) ( as back-up)
- General bookkeeping ( as back-up)
- Monthly reconciliations ( as back-up)
- Quarterly and year-end closing of books covering
- Group reporting under IFRS
- Corporate taxation
- Production of information and schedules for Belgian authorities
- Relationship with internal audit
- Relationship with statutory auditors
- Budget for the Belgian entities
- Translations and rereading’s from English to Dutch and/or French (press releases, annual report,…)
