-5-10 years experience as a paralegal or executive assistant required, within a corporate environment preferred.
-Paralegal certification a plus.
-Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred.
-High level of organizational skills.
-Proficiency with MS Office, Word/Excel/Outlook/Explorer.
-High level of accuracy, with an acute attention to detail.
-Ability to take projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
**This position will start in our Millburn, NJ office, however it will then be moved to a new location in Metropark (Iselin), NJ. The new office will be within a few blocks of the train station for easy public transit access.**
We are looking for a Specialist IV - Legal to coordinate and manage various responsibilities in our Legal Department. This person will report directly to our company's office of General Counsel.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to,
-Preparation and submission of professional licensing applications and renewal forms.
-Preparing contract forms, professional service agreements, applications and renewals for submission.
-Obtaining insurance certifications and preparing accident reports to insurance company.
-Maintaining subscription agreements for review.
-Preparation of all NY State VENDEX forms.
-Prepare annual board resolutions.
-Maintaining all Legal Billing, and subscriptions.
-Organization of all state agency subscriptions.
-Update company records of all officers and board members.
-Send out stock offer letters, type certificates, and mailings of stock certificates on an annual basis.
-Annual distribution of political and ethical emails to Associates.
-Maintain office lease files.
-Maintain the Legal Library through updating library advance sheets with supplement sections
