We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team of professionals in locations throughout the US and Canada.
-6 to 10 years experience in various types of environmental permitting and studies for gas, mining, transportation, rail and other projects.
-Experience with preparation of NEPA documents, and other related studies/assessments, including Phase 1 ESA's and EA's and EIS's.
- Knowledge and experience with local, state and federal regulations and permitting requirements and other related compliance activities. Including PADEP, WVDEP, OEPA, USACE, FERC and others
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
-Ability to understand the project permitting requirements and maintain project scheduling and coordination for multiple projects.
-Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering or Geology/Environmental Science required.
-Preparing work plans for and overseeing field surveys for wetlands and other environmental studies.
-Managing and reviewing the work of subcontractors.
-Working with project managers to ensure conformance with project scope, schedule and budget requirements.
- Preparing permit applications and meeting with regulatory agencies regarding local, state and federal permit applications on behalf of clients.
-Assisting in the preparation of proposals in regard to project scope, schedule and budget.
