Qualified candidate should have 5-10 yrs experience in the design and analysis of:
• Tunnel Ventilation systems
• HVAC systems
• Fire Protection systems
Candidate should have a Mechanical degree or equivalent and EIT/PE is preferred. Experience with use of the SES Program is a strong advantage. Knowledge and/or experience with CFD analysis beneficial. Candidate should be flexible with strong communication skills and work well both as a member of a team and independently, where they will be expected to exercise initiative and engineering judgment.
Engineer will be responsible for Mechanical and Fire Protection Design, and Tunnel Ventilation Analysis for Transportation/Transit and Infrastructure projects within a multidisciplinary environment. Application of ASHRAE and NFPA 130/502. Assignments will involve occasional travel. Successful candidate will have the ability to access the technical and highly specialized resources of a global design consultancy to advance their career development.
