I'm looking for a Salesforce developer to be responsible for the design, architecture, and development of our SFDC Instance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of solving business problems by delivering solid applications on the Force.com platform.

Design, build, test, deploy and maintain solutions on the Force.com platform.

Simplify, enhance, and modernize existing Salesforce features.

Drive testing and validation of Salesforce configuration and development.
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.

Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs.
Education & Experience:
-
3-5 years experience as a Salesforce developer.
- Advanced skills creating custom user interfaces with VisualForce, developing custom business logic in APEX and writing triggers, test classes and documentation.

Experience with structured software development methodologies/processes, change management, and release management.

Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, web services and 3rd-party integrations.

Experience with SFDC Object design, SOQL & SOSL.

Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using out-of-the-box functionality.

Understanding of core business processes including Sales (Pipeline management, QTC, CPQ, Partner Enablement), Finance (billing, collections, accounting), Marketing (event tracking, lead conversion), and Customer Success (Churn, Support) in a SaaS or subscription-based organization.
