Temp Recruitment Co-ordinator - £10.50 p/h – Manchester – Immediate Start Available

Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR Shared Service Centre based in their head office Manchester. What the role involves Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner and working closely with the Recruitment Manager. You will act as the key point of contact for the temporary recruitment process. Working in a fast paced environment and undertake the responsibility of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, contributing to the smooth running of their busy recruitment operation; within Manchester & London.

Basic Duties:

• Driving the team ensuring the Recruitment Processes & practices are effective and efficient Responsible for the planning and execution of the Regional seasonal recruitment process from start to finish
• Act as key point of contact for both the LHR and Regional Recruitment Liaising with Operations Managers across the business to manage queries and providing daily, weekly and monthly updates Reviewing data and findings, creating innovative solutions to obstacles and applying corrective actions
• Analysing recruitment data, reporting on key trends and highlighting predictions which will enable you to forecast activity Skills needed You will be an experienced recruiter used to a fast paced environment
• Possess excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy Experience of collating, managing and reporting of data analysis Passion and drive, deliver and exceed on targets taking pride in your work
• The ability to solve problems quickly and professionally, comfortable working on your own initiative

To be successful in this role:

• You will need to have a proven track record of Recruitment and have the knowledge or experience of analysing data.
• Possess excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of collating, managing and reporting of data analysis
• A passion and drive, deliver and exceed on targets taking pride in your work
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written, with experience of professionally engaging with colleagues, managers and external customers on the telephone daily
• The ability to solve problems quickly and professionally, comfortable using own initiative and escalating issues where required
• Strong IT skills; experience of Microsoft Access, Excel, Office, Word
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System and recruitment tools
