Salesforce Administrator (15247533/001) City of London, England

My client, a Research firm in the City of London, is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support the Client Services Team, with Salesforce experience, to join their busy team and fantastic company.

The role:

• Data management for multiple systems and platforms
• Compiling board reports under the direction of CSM or Sector Head.
• Email clients with copies of their newly published research, whilst investigating their current service provision.
• Point of contact for client queries of an administrative nature
• Attending annual and quarterly client review meetings. All action points which result from the meeting should be assigned as tasks on Salesforce and followed up.
• Follow the onboarding process for all new clients, ensuring client details are correct across all Edison platforms including but not limited to Salesforce.
• Producing and formatting client onboarding documentation
• Identify opportunities for improvement of client service, reporting and procedures.
• Answering telephone queries
• Assisting with Reception cover on an ad hoc basis.

• High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
•Extremely organised with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
