Location: LE17 Lutterworth
Shifts: days 6.00am – 4.00pm (early finish on Friday 2.00pm)
WEEKLY PAY: £470 BASIC + OVERTIME AVAILABLE AND PAID AFTER 40 HRS
Own transport beneficial due to the location and working hours

Permanent work (after 12 weeks agency - probationary period)

The Role:
• Working in a fast pace production line (will include manual labour)
• Working as part of a targeted production team that manufacture concrete products from pre-cast concrete
• Cleaning down industrial machinery and the production environment at regular intervals.
• Using hand tools
• Following company Health and Safety policies/procedures
• Machine maintenance
• Liaising with the shift manager regarding any issues
• Other duties as deemed reasonable and necessary to meet the business needs.
The Candidate:
• Production / Manufacturing experience
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally both verbally and written when dealing with employees and the public.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to act professionally and remain calm in high stress situations.
• Operation of mobile electronic equipment may be required.
• Regular attendance is required
• Manual skills
• Own transport beneficial due to the location and working hours
