Duties and responsibilities: - Assist with the processing of Agency field management personnel status changes including appointments, transfers, and terminations. Maintain and update Field Office Directory and Access database. Update Marketer system based on management changes. - Assist in coordinating and verifying new field management appointment requirements with recommendations from the Agency Zones. Monitor and track the hiring of internal and external management appointments. - Assist with the calculation of Field Management Compensation factors. Prepare compensation projections and proformas for newly appointed Partners. Reply to written and phone inquiries from our field managers. - Maintain and track Agency Management Personnel files including employment agreements, briefs, and various information. - Assist with the verification of Managing Partner, Senior Partner, Partner, Development Manager, and Zone compensation calculations. - Provide support for the preparation of the divisional and departmental budget process. Verify and reconcile monthly expenses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications using Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. - Knowledgable in Access using and building queries. - Strong analytical skills. Superb organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks. - Bachelors Degree. - 1 to 5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
