Oversight of the General Office Leasing Process:
- Review of payment authorizations and Tenant Estoppel Certificates prepared
- Work closely with the Zones, Jones Lang LaSalle, Real Estate, and OGC on the review of lease agreements
- Lead weekly conference calls to discuss the status of leases
- Oversee the monthly rent analysis to confirm that actual expenses are emerging in line with the Budget and that all charges are accurate
- Review the rent projections prepared by the Zones
- Monitor the One View Leasing Admin system maintained by JLL and ensure that it is kept up to date with all lease documents

Responsible for overseeing the General Office and Zone Budgets:
- Work closely with the Zones to build their budgets and ensure that their monthly expenses are tracking in line with the budget
- Assist with Zone Reviews, which includes visiting the Zone to review their processes and record keeping as they pertain to travel expense reimbursements, p-card purchases, Discretionary Account spending and lease process
- Report to manager any issues that may arise based on the review and develop a plan to remedy the situation

Assist with the Agency Meetings Budgets:
- Work with Corporate Communications to build the budgets for the Council and Partner Meetings
- Ensure the accuracy of charges for each meeting and track to the budget
- Attend Agency offsite meetings as required to perform the Finance function at the meeting

- Travel up to 20%

Ad-hoc projects as needed

- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
- SAP

- 8-10 years financial background required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Field Office experience a plus
- Real estate experience, specifically knowledge of lease agreements is a plus
