Call Center Rep. (202118) Colton, California

Salary: USD14 - USD14 per hour

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking 5-6 experienced Call Center Representatives. Must have 1+ years of experience answering inbound and outbound calls.

The successful candidate must have experience:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
  • Take full ownership for effectively solving Customer Issues, complaints and inquiries, along with follow up.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Document all conversations in the call center customized data base in a comprehensible format and wording.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Pay Rate $14.00
  • Shift- 1:00 pm-9:30 pm.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role in Call Center environment
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Data Entry (alpha and numeric) Typing 40+wpm.
