Morson International are looking for an experienced manager to work for a Tier 1 Main Contractor on an upcoming development in Salford. The development is a Commercial New build multi-use facility and car park. Experience in bringing developments from the ground upwards through to fit out is essential so a proven background with references of such work is required.

On site parking is provided and the project is well serviced by nearby motorway links and public transport. What we are looking for:

* 5 years+ in the industry
* Ability to interpret construction drawings and designs
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong management skills
* Ability to drive the project programme
* Good Level of IT Literacy
* SMSTS
* First Aid
