Site Manager - Track Works (15248962/001) London, England
Advantage Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a prestigious rail client on a fixed term contract, set to run until 28/2/18 based in London.
You will be responsible for managing the construction and testing of the track works, managing interfaces on site and coordination across contracts with other Construction Managers, supervising and leading Site Engineers (including reviewing daily and weekly reports and maintaining contract performance against project milestones, KPIs, programme, budget and other established metrics.
Our client is looking for candidates with experience in track construction and managing track construction of significant value packages of work on a major railway, good technical knowledge and experience in track slab systems in tunnels, and knowledge of the contractor/ subcontractor’s responsibilities contained in subcontract documents
