Director of STEM (CHLOESTEM) Hertfordshire, England

You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the STEM area and agreed strategy related areas, ensuring that all learners have a high quality educational experience, achieve their learning goals and have positive progression outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide strong strategic leadership and vision, in collaboration with Deputy Principal Curriculum & Quality, for all curriculum areas within the Directorate, ensuring that the College stays at the forefront of curriculum innovation and delivery.
- To lead an outstanding curriculum offer that meets the needs of learners, the local community, regional and national employers and government targets, priorities. This will result in excellent student recruitment, attendance, success and progression.
- Develop new and innovative methods of delivery, including blended learning based delivery, relevant to learner needs.
- Build, establish and maintain relationships with appropriate external partners (industry, schools, universities) and translate their needs into demand and delivery plans, local, regional and national.
