Protocol are working with a group of Colleges in KSA for two new Principals for two of their Colleges, you will be a senior leader in FE with an engineering or technology background.
The roles are based in Saudi Arabia and include an excellent salary which qualifies for tax free, subsidised accommodation and subsidised travel!
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the college to drive the college’s ambition forward in line with its strategic plan and vision.
Key duties include:
• Drive the business requirements forward in relation to the Strategic Plan.
• Increase the college student admissions on a regular termly basis to achieve full capacity.
• Responsible for the design, direction and implementation of the student and employee journey.
• Develop and embed operational procedures ensuring the student journey can be achieved and is compliant with contractual obligations.
• Across college responsibility for the development of the college annual SAR and QIP.
• Lead on the Saudi Skills Standards Periodic Institutional Review.
• Liaising with chosen Awarding Bodies to develop curriculum frameworks for various Inspection and Testing qualifications.
• Working with corporate team, and wider Faculty, you will play a key role in designing Learning Resources, ensuring that these are compliant, effective and meet the needs of the students.
• Develop Vocational programmes
• Develop operating procedures to ensure that student evidence is processed appropriately.
I am looking for someone who is educated to degree level in an Engineering discipline, ideally you will have a Master’s Degree, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent training qualification, significant senior management experience in a FE or TVET setting, you will have a good understanding of commercial and financial principles and be able to demonstrate adaptability in line with changing demands and conditions and handle pressure and keep calm at all times in stressful environments.
