Protocol are working with a group of Colleges in KSA for two Principal’s, Vice Principal, Director of Operations, Head of Vocational and Head of Foundation for one of their new male College’s, you will be a senior leader in FE with an engineering background.
The roles are based in Saudi Arabia and include an opportunity to earn a tax free salary, subsidised accommodation and subsidised travel!
As Vice Principal you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Tutoring teams, along with the overall student progression across the college in working closely with the Principal of the College.
Key duties will include;
• Work with stakeholders with the shared vision of success, innovation, and a high quality provision by creating a high performing team.
• Driving high performance of the team through strong leadership of the Tutors, identifying training and support needs and dealing with underperformance with the appropriate interventions as required
• Having a full understanding of the overall performance of the College’s contract and ensuring that the progress and achievement is on point.
• Take responsibility for success of timetabling across the college, and KPI’s managed for student attendance and the progression of the learning journey.
• Responsible for the overall resource plan for the college working alongside the HR team.
• Provide solutions where required to challenges arising throughout the year.
Ideally you will have previous experience working in KSA and you must have extensive experience within the TVET sector, hold a degree in an Engineering (Master's preferred), a teaching qualification and have substantial management experience.
