Protocol are working with a grade 2 College in the North East for a fixed term Director of Student Services. The role will be range from 6 to 9 months.
Having worked in a similar role you will have strategic responsibility across all learning areas, provide dynamic and effective leadership and management for the College with a primary focus on the provision of Student Services including developing new service provisions in line with changing student needs.
The key responsibilities will include
• Strategic management and responsibility across Student Services
• Effective leadership and management of all aspects of the College’s Student Services provision
• Lead on all school related activities including the development of the 14-16 curriculum offer, and school liaison activities which positively promotes the work and success of the college and aid recruitment
• Through effective leadership and management ensure the provision of high quality information, advice and guidance to current and prospective students which meets external quality standards such as Matrix
• Ensure compliance with legislation, external bodies procedures and protocols, Instruments and Articles and all College's policies, procedures and Financial Regulations and updating key policies under area of responsibility.
• Promote effective relationships with external bodies, notably parents, partner schools, the local community, higher education and representatives of other partner organisations
