Protocol are working with a group of Colleges in KSA for two Principal’s, Vice Principal, Director of Operations, Head of Vocational and Head of Foundation for one of their new male College’s, you will be a senior leader in FE with an engineering background.
The roles are based in Saudi Arabia (at least 12 months contract) and include an opportunity to earn a tax free salary, subsidised accommodation and subsidised travel!
As Head of Vocational you will be responsible for providing College leadership and management for all the programmes delivered in curriculum portfolio and be an active member of the Curriculum Development team giving recommendations to improve the strategic progress of the curriculum.
Key duties will include;
• Manage continuous development and delivery of teaching and learning.
• Ensure an excellent standard of teaching, learning and assessment
• Monitor, share information and advice regularly to the College senior management team with accurate and verifiable evidence of performance across the faculty.
• Assist in the establishment and implementation of appropriate systems, processes and performance management arrangements to monitor the overall performance of the Faculty.
• Ensure sustainable delivery of Vocational curriculum to targets, performance, quality and commitments.
• Develop and setting up professional development sessions for vocational staff.
Ideally you will have previous experience working in KSA and you must have extensive experience within the TVET sector, hold a degree in an Engineering (Master's preferred), a teaching qualification, vocationally relevant Training and Development qualifications as well as extensive management experience in delivery of vocational programmes
