Protocol are working with a leading FE college based in Cumbria who are looking to appoint a Curriculum Operations Leader for Maths & English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•To be responsible for the effective and efficient management of a curriculum area in order to meet the needs of the customers and employers.
•To be responsible for leading and motivating the Curriculum Team and undertake the day to day line management of agreed establishment staff in the curriculum area in accordance with their contract of employment and college policies and procedures.
•With the support of the Director of CASI/STEM, to be responsible for ensuring continuous quality improvement within the programme area in accordance with the college's quality policy and procedures.
•To undertake an agreed programme of teaching, learning, assessment and verification in accordance with the College’s conditions of service.
