Salary: GBP40000 - GBP50000 per annum + Plus benefits

The key purpose for the role is to provide and manage the provision of accurate and timely information and analysis on performance relating to funding, examinations, standards and compliance of all the College’s funding streams, to ensure that the CMT have access to accurate and up to date management information and to ensure all funding returns are completed accurately and timely

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To manage and co-ordinate the Data Services functions within the College
• To produce and submit accurate and timely data submissions
• To ensure systems are in place to monitor learner responsive, employer responsive and HE provision, ensuring records are up to date and accurate and can support funding claims and achievements data.
• Lead during internal and external audits and work with Senior Management Team to support College quality processes
• To design and develop reports including dashboards to meet the business needs of the College
• Work across college with relevant departments and management
• Contribute to the College’s planning cycle, advice on course structure, set-up and validity for funding, ensuring all required information on courses, fees and funding is available to support the delivery of the College’s curriculum plan
• Manage the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) process, set targets in the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and monitor progress


You will have experience of reviewing, developing, implementing and maintaining processes within FE data services ensuring that data collection and processing systems for MIS, register and timetables, and examinations are efficient and compliant with both the external stakeholders and awarding bodies. You will also be educated to degree level in a related subject or have extensive relevant experience in a similar role and have English Language and Maths at Grade C or equivalent.
