Protocol are working with a College based in the South of Scotland the gateway to three countries - Scotland, England and Ireland; they are recruiting for a Head of Business, Computing and Creative Industries
You will be an enthusiastic education manager who will be responsible for leading the team in the development of innovative and high quality learning and teaching. A further key focus will be growing the College’s employer links and commercial income to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of our students and is sustainable.
You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent, hold a relevant teaching qualification and possess good people and resource management skills and experience.
You will have the ability to form effective partnerships and be able to demonstrate an ability to think strategically, be a creative problem solver and demonstrate an innovative approach to work with a “can do” attitude. The ability to motivate and empower people and teams together while creating a strong team ethos is critical.
