The Finance Business Design Team, part of Finance COO, provides oversight to all Finance Design changes, and maintains and initiates improvements to People and Process design.
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Manager to support work on our Finance Organisation & Design Management.
Through close liaison with senior colleagues within the team and across the business you will lead or support design and delivery of projects with significant people impact.
The role reports directly to the People and Organisational Design Lead and is key to the delivery of People and OD targets and strategy.
Key responsibility areas
The jobholder will work closely with key senior colleagues in HR, Property, and the Finance Community to:
· Support delivery of the Finance Strategy.
· Building the capability of our people and making it a fun environment to work in.
· Collaborate to create a joined up team for the benefit of the whole.
· Simplify the way we do things.
· Deliver more value to the business.
· Ensure optimal model for locational footprint of Finance activity in both shared services and business units.
· Ensuring optimal use of shared services by business units, including setting out the shared service offering and co-ordinating comparative analysis of business activity.
· This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver the strategy for the Finance community and will have clear and highly visible outputs.
