The Finance Business Design Team, part of Finance COO, provides oversight to all Finance Design changes, and maintains and initiates improvements to People and Process design.
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Manager to support work on our Finance Organisation Design Management.
Through close liaison with colleagues within the team and across the business you will support Finance HR processes, delivery of key MI, and monitoring of the Finance division’s performance against FTE targets.
The role reports directly to the People and organisational Design Lead and is key to the completion of robust and efficient processes and reporting for Finance FTE.
Key responsibility areas
The jobholder will work closely with key contacts in HR and the Finance Community to support :
· Consolidation, review, and submission of recruitment requests, working to tight timelines and challenging data as appropriate.
· Overseeing maintenance of FTE records including analysis of actuals against budgets and forecasts, creating meaningful MI for a Senior Finance audience.
· Creation of FTE forecasts understanding BAU and project requirements and the Finance Strategy
· Development of simplified and robust Finance FTE processes requiring imagination, analysis, and change skills.
· The team will also be responsible for leading and supporting projects with significant Finance People impact.
