Job Title	Production scheduler/laser engraving operator
Location	North America, California
Production scheduling Order flow/scheduling to match customer requirements; work with office and floor supervisor to organize, prioritize and schedule production to meet customer delivery requirements. Help coordinate machine and operator assignments Coordinate scheduling of secondary, post molding processes Shipping and receiving, packaging Incoming materials Verify quantities and description of all product to match packing slips Inserts; coordinate receiving docs and ensure they are routed to the correct area Document other raw material deliveries as per procedures Outgoing materials Check production orders to ensure product is shipped when ready and per customer requirements Coordinate with office to verify correct documentation for all outbound product Packaging Verify outgoing weights and counts Ensure proper packaging Verify all shipper documentation is correct Packaging Learn to use automatic packaging machine to bag parts Heat seal product into bags Fill and seal boxes with outgoing product Arrange labeling and packing slip docs for each package Laser engraving process management Learn how to work with Corel Draw software to: Design layout of alpha numeric coding on molded parts Organize efficient processing of product thru the engraving process Coordinate certification docs and verify correct cert # are engraved on parts Process parts before and after engraving process Wash parts in automatic washer Verify results Coordinate this process with QA and Shipping. Computer skills: Good working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets (Excel) and basic CAD design software. Ability to quickly learn to use new software as applications arise
