Summary

The role is within the CRO Change organisation on the FDSF and UK Scenarios programmes. The FDSF Program objective in 2017 is to meet regulatory requests for FDSF from the PRA to complete FDSF data coverage and improve submission timelines. The FDSF Program coordinates and consolidates the IT and business process improvements that are required to meet the PRA FDSF (Firm Data Submission Requirements) MR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO and Portfolio management services for the FDSF and UK Scenarios Programme managers which includes status & achievements reporting, budget tracking, resource planning, test status reporting and preparation of PowerPoint presentations for senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Support and gather portfolio input from globally dispersed project delivery teams (London, New York, Singapore Wroclaw, Bangalore and Pune).
• Interface with regional program offices for budget and status submissions.
• Support for scope and change request management.
• Tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support for stakeholder and business client management (status reporting) interactions as well as process and toolset support for the Change Program Managers.
• Minute project governance meetings and assist in preparation of governance materials.
• Co-ordinate the raising of and tracking of new job requests for the project.
• Facilitate the booking of meeting rooms, video conferencing facilities, etc. for project governance meetings and workshops.


Skills and Experience

• Detailed understanding of project lifecycles.
• Proven PMO experience and preferably project management experience.
• Understanding of risk management functions and required IT support.
• University degree education ideally with focus on finance or business administration with banking focus.
• Fluent written and spoken English. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; excellent MS Project skills required.
• A proven track record of influencing and relationship management skills across a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly at senior levels.
• Teamwork & good Communication skills.
• High degree of flexibility and “can do” attitude. Ability to work with very limited level of instruction and supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Confident and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
• Attention to detail, excellent analytical and documentation skills.
