Advantage Resourcing are delighted to support their finance client with their search for an interim HR Analyst. This role requires the individual to be part of a global team to produce key analytical data with timely metrics and analysis of current trends across HR.

A high volume of this work will include liaising with Finance to assist with analysis and reporting on HR data that is needed for corporate wide reporting – therefore experience of collating and presenting findings across a Global business is essential. Part of your role will also include preparing management presentations and highlighting people trends within the company along with producing regional updates. A collaboration of all the analytical data produced will be used on an annual basis relating to all aspects of HR across the business so if you have experience working with teams and producing high volume data this will be extremely relevant. There will always be adhoc projects you will be requested to support and lead, therefore experience in tracking and monitoring projects/tasks would be ideal.

It is key for this role that you have a proven analytical aptitude gained within HR, excellent IT skills, knowledge of workflow and excel with time management and prioritisation skills.
