Advantage Resourcing are delighted to be supporting their financial client with their search for a temporary Employee Relations Advisor for approximately 6 months. This role requires you to manage a high volume of complex ER cases working alongside various business leaders to ensure resolution in a timely and effective manner. This role requires someone with excellent ER experience who can challenge and manage cases whilst improving any areas that could be improved during the process.

You will be supporting managers through new processes and providing advice, coaching on all areas of improvement. This will be a diverse ER role encompassing all areas under the HR umbrella ensuring constant guidance and control through complex areas that are of concern – these will include:- Redundancies, Flexible Working, Absence and Data Management control. You will be expected to provide constant guidance on all policies and processes whilst ensuring all information is provided and guidance is enhance though the ER team.

It is essential within this you possess exemplary organisational skills, have the ability to handle numerous projects, activities and can work in a professional and friendly manner. You will be asked to make decisions and challenge certain cases whilst always sticking with relevant policies. This will be a very busy and involved ER contract which will constantly challenge your ER knowledge whilst working in a dynamic and impressive financial environment.
