Advantage Resourcing are delighted to be supporting their high net worth Retail client with their search for an experienced HR Manager or an impressive HR advisor seeking that next step up. This is a very hands on role that requires the manager to really get embedded in the business and support the company on all levels of HR guidance and direction.
Key elements of the role will include rolling out new HR initiatives, supporting management with all aspects of generalist HR, small amounts of ER support, high volume recruitment – all whilst liaising with senior stakeholders to deliver the company’s objective.
Ideally you will have gained your HR experience within retail, be confident with a diverse workload and thrive in a fast paced environment.
