Job TitleAdministrative/Payroll Generalist
LocationNorth America, Tennessee
Provides support to the Administrative Manger for all administrative roles including: human resources, accounting, information system, safety, and payroll.

Schedule and organize various meetings, travel, conferences, communication boards and department/company activities. Prepare spreadsheets, graphs and charts, desktop publishing and presentation materials. Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including all levels of management staff. Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.

Processing payroll.


Education Requirements

- 2 year college degree preferred

Work Experience

- 2 to 3 years in payroll and administrative job.

Skills/Abilities Required:

- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

- Experience with an HRIS

- Experience with Peoplesoft
