Implementation Consultant required to work closely with clients, leveraging internal technical and project management teams, to facilitate the delivery of core and customer specific software systems.

You'll need to have had experience in a hands-on software or technical- based role, with demonstratable experience of designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise‐grade technical solutions.

The role will involve frequent travelling to clients (70%), including overseas.

Required skills:

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·  Experience in a hands‐on role (i.e. application developer, software engineer, technical consultant, systems engineer, etc.) working either for an information technology firm or directly with client stakeholders and with end to end lifecycle project experience including design, development, test and deployment

·  Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise‐grade technical solutions

·  Experience of one or more on‐premise / SaaS packaged solutions for ERP, CRM, MES or PLM solutions

·  Experience in the areas of written communication and presentation delivery 

·  Passion for knowledge transfer, teaching, and mentoring customers and partners on best practices to ensure they have long term success

·  Experience presenting key technical components/architecture of software platforms

·  Experience with relational databases (DB2 or Oracle) and SQL 

·  Experience with dealing with customers and stakeholders on a face to face basis

·  A background or experience in a software pre‐sales capacity  

Desired skills:

·  Experience in Java/ XML 

·  Experience in web service development, both SOAP and REST

·  Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies

·  Experience in DevOps/Continuous integration environments

·  Experience of working in Validated environments

European language skills, particularly German, would be advantageous
