Product Support Technician required for a leading commercial architectural specialist based in London.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting internal and external customers on fenestration products including door hardware, windows, curtain wall and ventilation
• Consulting with architects, contractors and engineers
• Supporting customers and technical staff with structural calculations, AutoCAD, estimating and CRM programmes for logging projects

What you’ll need to do it:

• You’ll need to be a great communicator and be able to establish working relationships with colleagues in a range of departments as well as customers.
• You’ll need the ability to clearly and effectively deliver accurate information within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the items in the role description would be desirable although training will be given on all aspects
