Oracle Analyst/Developer (T24) (T24/ Oracle Analyst) City of London, England
Role Summary:
Analyst Developer (Techno-Functional Consultant) within a merging T24, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud HCM development environment. This primarily technical role will encompass development, analysis, and 3rd line support across T24, HCM modules on Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo within an Agile working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the major pain points in the WM Zurich Finance team, and work alongside the business teams to improve their UDTs and T24 interfaces
- Review the external consultancy report by Hackett and transform key points into an agreed scope for a structured, workable roadmap.
- Join the team tasked with transforming from a predominantly finance-driven UDT based function into a Corporate IT function that leverages the Oracle Fusion platform
- Engage with and contribute to the Future Finance Evolution Strategy
- Liaise with both the London/Luxembourg Corporate IT teams and Zurich Finance and IT teams to ensure all parties are bought into the prioritisation of work
- Analyse and Develop BAU enhancements and deliver project change across the T24 and HCM applications
- Analyse and resolve production issues in a 3rd line support capacity
- Assist with configuration and deployments and support user testing as required
- Follow IT standards for change control, version control and release control.
- Work within the SAFe Agile framework and adopt Agile working practices
